N-iX is looking for a Middle/Senior Data Support Engineer to join the team and support a leading school transportation solutions provider in North America. The role involves supporting data and analytics environments, planning and implementing server upgrades, and troubleshooting errors related to data ingestion.

Requirements

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines monitoring and fixing
• Insights BI queue monitoring in ServiceNow and ticket resolution
• ServiceDesk activities' management
• Support of cloud data and analytics technologies within Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks technology suites
• Strong SQL skills
• Good Python skills
• Good knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
