Requirements
- Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines monitoring (T1) and fixing (T2)
- Insights BI queue monitoring in ServiceNow and ticket resolution
- ServiceDesk activities’ management
- Experience in the support of cloud data and analytics technologies within the Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks technology suites
- Strong SQL skills
- Good Python skills
- Good knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts
