Middleware Systems Administrator: design, install, configure, and support middleware infrastructure components, perform environment clones, migrations, and deployments, and troubleshoot and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Oracle or other cloud certifications, Oracle Fusion Middleware certifications are a plus
- Extensive Oracle Fusion Middleware administration experience, including upgrades and patching
- Good understanding of one or more cloud services - Oracle (OCI), Amazon (AWS), Microsoft (Azure), Google (GCP), etc.
- Familiar with Oracle Cloud products such as EPM Planning, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.
- Extensive knowledge and support experience in three or more of the following products (but not limited to): Oracle WebLogic 12c, 14c and ADF applications, Oracle HTTP Server (OHS), Oracle Flexcube (FLEXCUBE), Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle SOA Suite components, Oracle WebCenter Suite components, OBIA environments configured with both Oracle E-Business and Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Identity Management (OIM), Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), Oracle Hyperion (EPM), IBM WebSphere, Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server, Oracle Integration Cloud
- Experience in automating Middleware operational tasks
- Good scripting skills using Linux shell, Oracle SQL and/or other automation tools
- Experience with service management systems (ServiceNow or similar) and collaboration tools
- Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
- Experience in integrating with Oracle Cloud products such as Taleo, EPM Planning, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.
- Experience in configuring SSO and integrating middleware applications with Active directory
- Experience with Ansible or related IT automation tools
- Basic understanding of operating system platforms (Linux, Windows), and networking concepts
