The Monitoring and Observability Engineer will be responsible for monitoring systems and applications, ensuring their performance and reliability. The role requires a strong understanding of Windows or Linux, monitoring tools, and scripting languages. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.
Requirements
- Must Have Knowledge of Windows or Linux (preferably both).
- Experience with monitoring/observability solutions.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience working on projects with others and completing individual tasks.
- Experience performing routine software maintenance tasks.
- Good to Have Automation experience with Ansible, scripting, etc.
- Application Performance Monitoring (APM) experience.
- Scripting/Programing experience - Python, Powershell, .NET, etc.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with New Relic, ServiceNow and Jira.
Requirements Summary
