We are looking for a NOC engineer to oversee our client networks and computer Servers/Systems, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and responding to network alerts.
Requirements
- Knowledge of network and Server infrastructure monitoring
- L1 level troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Experience in Incident management (ServiceNow) and SolarWinds
- Knowledge of server OS and hardware systems including Network devices troubleshooting
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge on Windows operating system
- Experience working on monitoring tool
- Expertise working on ServiceNow Tool and ServiceNow reporting
- Ability to understand user request and transfer to relevant SME
- Tracking of Incident SLA
- Incident Quality analysis
- Excellent verbal and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Expertise in Office applications – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Expertise in ITIL processes
- Good understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management
- Good understanding of Major Incident Management
- Cloud certifications(AWS)
