This role combines technical leadership with operational team management, requiring strong Azure expertise, automation skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. The Tech Lead will be a primary technical contact, mentor engineers, and drive service delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT
  • 5+ years as a Cloud/Platform/DevOps Engineer focused on Microsoft Azure
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Tech Lead
  • Expertise in managing Azure Landing Zones, hybrid connectivity, and enterprise guardrails
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, workspaces) and CI/CD skills
  • Solid support background (incident, problem, change management)
