Software Mind is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to build a new B2B Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) instance, ideally within ServiceNow 5.0 standards, and focus on CSDM 5.0 compliance and improvements. The role involves configuration, integrations, automation, and quality assurance, supporting go-live processes and providing data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years hands-on ServiceNow development
  • Proven delivery in ITSM and/or CSM (workspace configuration, Case/Incident flows, SLAs, catalog & approvals)
  • Strong CMDB/CSDM understanding (CSDM 5.0, IRE, class model, relationship design, import sets)
  • IntegrationHub & MID Server experience
  • Solid grasp of ITIL v4 practices
  • Comfort with ATF, update sets/app repo, and controlled releases
  • Excellent English communication
  • Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CAD (or equivalent track record)
