MST Batch Operations Senior Data Analyst - EY Global Delivery Services. The role involves supporting the MST Batch Operations Team, managing batch schedules, and analyzing batch-related incidents. You will work with teams across MST to monitor system alerts and interfaces, and provide regular updates to the MST Leadership. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of IT experience in SAP batch management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle issues in batch scheduling space.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to deal actively and efficiently with escalations and difficult situations under pressure
• Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes where it applies to batch processing
• Capabilities to analyse historic runtimes, identify and present trends and propose improvements
• Data visualization skillset
• Experience working with ServiceNow or other trouble ticket tools
• Ability to work and team effectively with IT Services groups and other management personnel including on a global, virtual basis
• IT background with experience across the SAP development life cycle with experience in different project phases
• Ability to build good relationships both within own team and with other teams; work and team effectively with clients and other management personnel across geographies
• Experience working with Control-M or other workload automation tools
• Demonstrable track record of batch analysis within SAP production and non-production environments
• Proven analytical skillset to analyse control-M data (or other batch scheduling tool), batch requirements and design
• Experience with conducting risk assessments and escalation of batch processing issues daily, weekly and monthly
• Experience in conducting Impact Assessments and have the ability to identify and manage Risks/Issues
• Ability to provide quality metrics and reporting to promote compliance
• Aptitude to adopt a logical and organized approach to problem resolution
• Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint skills with the clear ability to understand formulas
