As a Release Train Engineer, you will coach a development and solution team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project progresses successfully. You will apply scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems and drive innovative solutions to problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DoD IT projects or programs
- 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Experience with SAFe or Agile implementation in an enterprise DoD environment
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Lean-Agile processes and methodologies
- Experience with Agile software project management tools, including ServiceNow
- Ability to facilitate and coach a team to better outcomes using process improvement techniques
- TS /SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
