Naval Release Train Engineer

As a Release Train Engineer, you will support a development and solution team in modernizing and creating efficiency in critical projects. You will apply Agile best practices and coach the team to focus on sprint goals. You will work with tools like ServiceNow to strengthen sustainable process improvements and deliver impactful capabilities and solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DoD IT projects or programs
• 2+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Experience with SAFe or Agile implementation in an enterprise DoD environment
• Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Lean-Agile processes and methodologies along with Agile software project management tools, including ServiceNow
• TS /SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
