We are seeking a Release Train Engineer to join our team, where you will apply your functional knowledge to coach a development and solution team to focus on sprint goals and ensure the project progresses successfully.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DoD engineering and science management, operations research analysis, or financial and cost analysis
- Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) serving multiple teams and providing tasking and prioritization
- Experience with SAFe, Kanban, or Lean-Agile processes and methodologies along with Agile software project management tools, including ServiceNow
- Ability to facilitate and coach a team to better outcomes using process improvement techniques
- TS /SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
