This remote position will provide technical support to growing organizations, ensuring seamless technology operations for employees. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Hardware troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support requests
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Jira Service Management, etc.)
- Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) - preferred
