This Enterprise Communications Services (ECS3) role supports Intel with its CONUS & OCONUS operations. The Network Admin will focus on designing, transitioning, operating, and improving the company's network infrastructure, including LANs, UC, and unified communication services. This includes system patching, upgrades, creating/reviewing SOPs, monitoring performance, and leading network implementation projects.
Requirements
- Active TS with SCI and Polygraph examination
- High School/GED + 9 Yrs, or Associates + 7 Yrs, or Bachelors + 5 Yrs, or Masters + 3 Yrs, or PhD
- Information Assurance Technical (IAT) II Certification
- Experience utilizing trouble ticket systems like ServiceNow
- Excellent customer service, writing and oral communication skills
