JTI is seeking an experienced Network and Communications Center Operations Manager to maintain the health and performance of their global network infrastructure. This hands-on role involves monitoring network services, incident management, vendor coordination, and capacity forecasting. The position requires flexible hours, working nights, and a focus on reliability and operational excellence. JTI values diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in network operations or telecom infrastructure.
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal), with good communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate, Cisco IOS, F5 Big IP, and Ivanti Pulse Secure
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
- Demonstrable experience in incident and change management
- Strong vendor management and partner coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities
- Analytical mentality with a focus on service reliability and operational excellence
- Must be night-shift ready and flexible between 7 PM and 6 AM, Monday to Friday
