We are recruiting a Network and Telecom Operations Manager to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. As a Network and Telecom Operations Manager, you will be responsible for technical skills such as proficiency in network protocols and experience with network supervision tools.
Requirements
- Proficiency in network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, etc.
- Experience with network supervision tools (Spectrum, Nagios, cacti, etc.)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow )
- Good understanding of network concepts (firewalls, VLAN, NAC, WIFI etc.)
- Asset: experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalent
- Technical project management
- Drafting of clear technical documentation
- Network performance analysis and optimization
- Analytical and service-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Rigor, autonomy and proactivity
- Dutch: fluent
- French: fluent
- English: professional (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in network/telecom operations
