Network Event Management Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Network Event Management Quality Assurance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality in our IT event management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of related work experience
• TS/SCI w/ poly is required
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and event management best practices
• Extensive experience with networking event management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riverbed, Network Node Manager)
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving event management processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
