The Network Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for safeguarding CityFibre’s network infrastructure across a national area, overseeing civil and fibre construction activities.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in utilities or telecoms, with strong knowledge of NRSWA and fibre network infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in OSP telecoms build including civils, cabling, and splicing, with solid understanding of CDM regulations
- Skilled in risk assessment, stakeholder negotiation, and managing contracted engineering works under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with workflow and planning software such as QGIS, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
