AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, and this role as a Network Operations Analyst provides Tier-2 support for AVEVA's global IP networks. The candidate will work closely with IT Network Engineers to provide support for network and network security services, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, cloud networking, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or equivalent training
- 1+ year of work experience in IP network operations support
- English language proficiency - Advanced
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi technologies and protocols
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including routing and switching, and topics covered in Cisco CCNA
- Experience with MS Windows operating system, including troubleshooting
- Experience working with Service Management software such as ServiceNow or other similar platforms
- Strong work ethics and a desire to learn
