Network Operations Analyst

AVEVA is a global leader in industrial software, and we're looking for a Network Operations Analyst to provide Tier-2 support for our global IP networks. The role involves working with IT Network Engineers to provide support for our network and network security services, including LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, and more. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with large enterprise-scale IP networking and cyber security infrastructures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
• 1+ year of work experience in IP network operations support
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and WiFi technologies and protocols
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including routing and switching
• Experience with MS Windows operating system, including troubleshooting
• Experience working with Service Management software such as ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
