Network Smart Hands Supervisor

NTT DATA is seeking a Network Smart Hands Supervisor to provide supervision, training, and development of a team supporting data center and remote IT infrastructure services in a hospital environment. This role focuses on efficient dispatch, execution of field service requests, performance monitoring, and compliance with protocols, offering flexibility and operational awareness. This position requires onsite work at the client's facility.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing or supervising technical field service teams
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with network infrastructure, structured cabling, or data center operations
• Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Experience with ticketing/reporting systems (ServiceNow) and cable/fiber diagnostic tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments
