Requirements
- Proficient in ServiceNow software development, particularly in UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Custom Apps, and Service Portal.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SPM modules.
- Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules.
- Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic.
- Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset.
- Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, and information security standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
- Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices.
- Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous.
