Join our dynamic Operations & Support team as a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer, leading the administration, maintenance, and innovation of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with Development and Platform Delivery teams to enhance software development, manage releases, and drive change.

Requirements

  • Proficient in ServiceNow software development, particularly in UI Builder, Flow Designer, and JavaScript.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Virtual Agent, Custom Apps, and Service Portal.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and SPM modules.
  • Adept at implementing customization techniques like form and workflow configuration, UI policies, and business rules.
  • Familiar with developing and maintaining API integrations with systems such as MarkLogic.
  • Solid grasp of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Understanding of network concepts, GDPR, and information security standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively.
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
  • Self-motivated to remain current with ServiceNow's latest features and best practices.
  • Holding a Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential; additional certifications are advantageous.
