The NFR Transformation - Business Analyst role is part of the transformation team that works within NFRM (Non-Financial Risk Management) to assess, design and lead the delivery of business outcomes across ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) tool and legacy platform BCS. The role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and experience in agile methodology.

- Working knowledge of Operational risk management principles and the regulatory environment
