NOC Engineer - Level 3

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Level 3 NOC Engineer to join our Global Network Operations Center. The ideal candidate will have extensive Linux and networking experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for diving deep into technical issues to resolve incidents, improve systems, and support mission-critical applications in challenging, distributed environments.

Requirements

• Extensive and strong hands-on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting in production environments
• Familiarity with Type 1 and Type 2 hypervisors
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Solid understanding of IP networking protocols and services
• Strong troubleshooting skills using network tools
• Proficiency with virtual NICs, Linux network stacks, and interface configuration
• Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, CURL, and Python scripts
• Exposure to containerized workloads and orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, or K3s
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Bash scripting
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms for case and incident management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
