NOC Engineer 1

We are seeking a NOC Engineer 1 to perform technical analysis of issues and outages affecting RSM's Core IT Systems. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving problems, escalating complex issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of client technologies.

Requirements

• Professional Full-time Degree & Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Proficient in using tools like SCOM, SolarWinds and Orion
• Experienced in diagnosing and resolving server, network, and application issues
• Skilled in managing and tracking support tickets through platforms like ServiceNow
• Able to escalate complex issues to senior engineers
