Nucleus Security is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product strategy, roadmap, and goals for their ticketing integrations and associated functionality, as well as additional products. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in product management, proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management for a technology company
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations, with experience working on ServiceNow integrations as a mandatory requirement
• Ownership experience of ticketing integrations and associated functionality
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Proven ability to work on highly technical products with complex technical requirements
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical & presentation skills
• Comfort working with fully remote and distributed teams in multiple time zones
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset: you take ownership of problems and solutions, not tasks
• Track record of delivering meaningful product enhancements to a diverse and demanding portfolio of enterprise customers
• Experience in development of products related to APIs or the integration of complex systems is highly preferred
• Experience in vulnerability management or another area of cybersecurity
• Experience in B2B SaaS product management
