McDonald's is seeking an Observability & Service Management Engineer to join their Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting global teams accessing and using observability platforms to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of customer and store systems.
Requirements
- Experience with Observability/SRE/Platform/DevOps
- Hands-on with at least two of: Grafana, New Relic, Cribl, Loki/LogQL, ServiceNow
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts, basic Linux understanding, Python and Java Scripting
- Data Engineering, data modeling, and transformation are a plus
- Clear written communication; able to produce short, practical docs/runbooks
