McDonald's is seeking an Observability & Service Management Engineer to join their Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting global teams accessing and using observability platforms to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of customer and store systems.

Requirements

  • Experience with Observability/SRE/Platform/DevOps
  • Hands-on with at least two of: Grafana, New Relic, Cribl, Loki/LogQL, ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Cloud Computing concepts, basic Linux understanding, Python and Java Scripting
  • Data Engineering, data modeling, and transformation are a plus
  • Clear written communication; able to produce short, practical docs/runbooks
