Infosys Consulting is seeking a Full-time OCM- HCM Consultant in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia to join their growing European practice. The role involves guiding clients through HR transformation, leveraging technology and best practices to create an impact on business outcomes. The consultant will deliver quality client service, provide insightful solutions, and balance multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency)
  • Domain expertise in processes from the Hire to Retire employee cycle, including defining HR processes, creation of formal process documentation, detailed process maps and standard operating procedures
  • Knowledge and experience in the implementation of HR technologies, e.g. HCM cloud systems (e.g. Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday), HR ticketing/workflow tools (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce) or other HR solutions
  • Project and change management activities for HR Transformation projects
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead project teams and mentor junior consultants
  • Demonstrable experience in developing proposals and offerings, either for internal or external clients
  • Contribution to practice development, including go-to-market strategies and developing others
