We are looking for an onboarding engineer to improve the efficiency of the customer onboarding process, learn and adapt to new tools and processes, and run and participate in small projects onboarding new customers.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in either Azure, networking, or digital workspace technologies.
- At least three years of experience using ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.
- Demonstrate ability to self-motivate and prioritise work.
- Confident in speaking and presenting to customers and clients.
- Demonstrate an eye for detail.
- Have a passion and desire to develop and share knowledge.
