The Onsite Engineer will be responsible for ticket management, user support and troubleshooting, communication and coordination, and technical and administrative tasks. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Experience in IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is an added advantage.
