Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or related roles
- Experience in IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and networking fundamentals
