Requirements
- Good understanding of PC and printer hardware
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
- Reliability, professionalism and a hands-on working style

Requirements Summary
Technical college diploma or equivalent in computer science or related field, A+ Certification, and OEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage and may be required depending on assignment
