Everience is seeking a PC Technician to provide first and second-level support to clients. This role involves installing, replacing, and maintaining workstations, mobility devices, and infrastructure, as well as providing software support and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be independent, proactive, and possess strong customer service skills. The role offers a first remote position.

Requirements

  • Assist clients with workstation, mobility device, and infrastructure support.
  • Provide support for computers and mobile devices in case of hardware/software issues.
  • Manage inventory, receive materials, and ensure customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and CISCO network administration.

Requirements Summary
