Everience is recruiting for an onsite PC Technician to provide first and second level support on workstations, mobility devices, and infrastructures. The successful candidate will assist clients with hardware and software incidents, provide support for mobile devices, and receive materials and spare parts. Excellent customer service is required.
Requirements
- Independent and able to work autonomously
- Proactive thinker with ability to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently
- Spoken languages: English (fluent), Dutch (native)
- Windows
- Microsoft 365
- ServiceNow
- Network Administration (CISCO) - Cable management, patching, troubleshooting
- Experience in proximity support
- Experience in projects (Migration projects for example)
