Responsibilities include resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining infrastructure, and assisting with software upgrades. Requirements

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's in IT/CS. 2-3 years IT support experience. Strong Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, & enterprise app knowledge
