Operational Excellence Specialist with German & English will drive pro-active changes to reduce cost to serve and improve service quality. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, developing practices and capabilities, and introducing innovation and change to operational management processes and tools.
Requirements
- Good and proven experience in a similar role (min. 1 year, incl. senior level responsibilities)
- Fluent in German and very good in English (min. B2 both)
- Proficient with communicating and reporting tools (incl. Excel, PowerBi, ServiceNow)
