Operational Readiness Lead

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Readiness Lead specializing in providing business stakeholders with an assurance that platform and process functionality integration are in a state to deliver on commitments and achieve their goals. The Operational Readiness Lead will be responsible for operational readiness planning and execution, operational readiness testing, business requirements verification, Go/No Go management, and deployment support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5+ years of Telecommunication Network experience
• Passionate about leading people, driving change, and focused on innovating systems and support through collaboration
• Strong Project Management skills and experience
• Experience and knowledge in the Telecommunications network(s)
• Voice, Transport, Metro, Access, In-Home
• Experience with lab and test plan execution
• Innovative, strategic thinker and decision maker
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills in driving transformation and change
