This role focuses on driving standardization, efficiency, and service excellence through analytics, process improvements, and leveraging technologies like ServiceNow and Cisco UCCX. The specialist will collaborate with teams to advance digital transformation, improve onboarding, and manage change.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Computer Science or 5+ years in IT
  • 5+ years of experience in high volume, complex IT environment
  • Demonstrated analytical, data driven problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • 5-7 years of understanding BNS standards and methodology
  • 5-7 years of experience in both the strategy and business needs of banking and technology
