Operational Technology (OT) and Software Asset Management (SAM)Inventory Specialist

We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The role involves supporting the development of Operational Technology (OT) and Software Asset Management (SAM) framework in ServiceNow, maintaining and updating the OT and Software inventory database, and coordinating with stakeholders to aggregate and verify OT and Software asset data.

Requirements

• 5 years collective experience
• 1 year experience using Enterprise business software tools, i.e. ServiceNow
• 1 year experience working with Enterprise Software, License Management, and/or Software Asset Management tools
• 1 year experience using SharePoint and/or MS Excel to develop/extract reports, create pivot tables, and perform basic data analytics
• 1 year experience performing data entry and extracting reports from an automated Enterprise business system
• 1 year experience performing inventory management
• US Citizen
• Acquire and maintain a Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity
• Reliable transportation, and ability to use POV to travel on-site
• Must have valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance
