Operational Technology (OT) and Software Asset Management (SAM)Inventory Specialist

Support the development of Operational Technology (OT) and Software Asset Management (SAM) framework in ServiceNow to facilitate effective operational and software asset management decisions. Ensure the framework is comprehensive and covers all aspects of OT and Software asset discovery, identification, and inventory management across various functional pillars.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years collective experience
• 1 year experience using Enterprise business software tools, i.e. ServiceNow
• 1 year experience working with Enterprise Software, License Management, and/or Software Asset Management tools
• 1 year experience using SharePoint and/or MS Excel to develop/extract reports, create pivot tables, and perform basic data analytics.
• 1 year experience performing data entry and extracting reports from an automated Enterprise business system.
• 1 year experience performing inventory management
• US Citizen
• Acquire and maintain a Secret clearance with IT-II sensitivity
• Reliable transportation, and ability to use POV to travel on-site
• Must have valid state driver’s license and proof of insurance.
