Operations Engineer Manager - ITMS Frameworks/ITIL (REMOTE)

The Operations Engineer Manager - ITMS Frameworks/ITIL will be responsible for sustaining IT operations using ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, and managing relationships with third-party IT service providers to resolve issues and ensure service quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with ITIL or other ITSM frameworks, including hands-on use of ServiceNow
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or similar discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree
• Experience in IT Operations and Sustainment leadership, managing relationships with third-party IT service providers, and utilizing metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve IT service performance
