Operations Officer (Hybrid; 80-100%)

We are looking for an Operations Officer to support real estate lease contract matters and contribute to tasks related to the division's internal ServiceNow delivery platform, ContactOne. The role is supportive in nature, working closely with global representatives and topic owners to ensure smooth operations and collaboration across regions.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics or similar
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Adaptable, quick to learn, and able to work effectively in changing environments with high-quality standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and a pragmatic, commercial approach to tasks, with a strong focus on the customer
• Proficient in English
