The Operations Support Specialist provides second-tier central administrative support to teams of industrial technicians and field leaders, ensuring the highest standard of customer service in a professional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, preferred
  • At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, UKG Kronos a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; a passion for helping
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
