The Operations Support Specialist provides second-tier central administrative support to teams of industrial technicians and field leaders, ensuring the highest standard of customer service in a professional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, preferred
- At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, UKG Kronos a plus
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills; a passion for helping
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
