The Operations Support Specialist will support web-based applications, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and lead cloud migration initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in Incident Support, Production Support, and Release Management, as well as proficiency in tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Remedy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related field
  • 8 years of related experience
  • Manage and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and containerized systems using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Support and configure application servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, IIS) for Java and.NET applications, ensuring optimal performance
  • Proficient in using monitoring and log analysis tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ThousandEyes) to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues in production environments
