The Optimization Service Manager is responsible for collaborating with clients to provide flexible and efficient SAP optimization services, improving operational efficiency and facilitating continuous application improvements for business growth.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, evolutions, and support
- A certification or experience of best practices (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, SIX Sigma, Lean IT)
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in computer science
- 3 years of experience in team management
- A general understanding of the main SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and the business processes they support
- Experience with ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager or other ITSM tools
- Ability to lead team members, manage multiple responsibilities, and navigate difficult conversations with clients or consultants
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- Willingness to visit client sites as needed to reinforce relationships
- Mastery of client expectation management and time management skills
