The AVP, IT Asset & Service Management Specialist, Technology Governance & Control Team is seeking a specialist to lead ITAM & ITSM projects, enhance governance, and ensure responsible technology development and management within the company. The role involves strategic planning, process improvement, process design, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. ServiceNow is a key tool, and experience with process improvement methodologies is expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT asset management and IT service management
- Proven experience with ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
