The Optimization Service Manager is responsible for collaborating with clients to provide flexible and efficient SAP optimization services, improving operational efficiency and facilitating continuous application improvements for business growth.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, evolutions, and support
  • A certification or experience of best practices (ISO, ITIL, COBIT, SIX Sigma, Lean IT)
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in computer science
  • 3 years of experience in team management
  • A general understanding of the main SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and the business processes they support
  • Experience with ServiceNow or SAP Solution Manager or other ITSM tools
  • Ability to lead team members, manage multiple responsibilities, and navigate difficult conversations with clients or consultants
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to visit client sites as needed to reinforce relationships
  • Mastery of client expectation management and time management skills
