Outsource Application Specialist

AEBeam Consulting is seeking an Outsource Application Specialist to resolve application and software issues within company inhouse applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise applications, troubleshooting principles, and experience with ServiceNow Project Management functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or 4 years equivalent work experience
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules
• Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques
• Experience in ServiceNow Project Management functions and features
