We are looking for a Business Consultant who will strengthen our team of ServiceNow specialists in Germany. As a ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB Consultant, you will help us advise customers on building an efficient and structured CMDB and accompany the introduction of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Requirements
- Negotiable English and German
- At least 3 years of experience in a consulting role or in the implementation of IT service management solutions
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM
- ITIL certification is required; ServiceNow-specific certifications are an advantage
- Experience in conducting presentations and advising customers
- Authorization to work in Germany
