We are looking for a ServiceNow OT Consultant to strengthen our team. As a consultant, you will advise and support customers in integrating ServiceNow solutions into their Operational Technology (OT) infrastructures. You will analyze existing OT systems and develop customized solutions that optimize and automate business processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting and implementing ServiceNow solutions, especially in the field of Operational Technology.
- In-depth knowledge of OT systems and experience in automation and process optimization within industrial environments.
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions, as well as excellent communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- An ITIL certification and preferably additional ServiceNow certifications.
