Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams
- Strong communication skills, including influencing at all levels
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Passion for problem-solving and innovation
- Hands-on experience with ITIL or similar ITSM models
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles
