PAC Retail Online Production Support Analyst

This position involves providing production support, coordinating troubleshooting for IS&T problems and supporting business partners. The analyst will identify issues proactively, drive change, and contribute to building fault tolerance within tools and systems. Data analytics and problem-solving are key to success. This role requires both analytical skills and strong communication abilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal or partner teams.
• Passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, including new product launches and events.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
