Requirements

- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from SAP systems
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts
- Experience supporting telephony, network, contact center and e-commerce solutions
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
