The PAC Retail Online Production Support Analyst is responsible for providing support coverage, coordinating problem-solving between IS&T and in-the-moment business recovery, and driving change to build fault tolerance. The role involves deep subject matter expertise, communicating with stakeholders, identifying trends, and delivering operational improvements. They will also build relationships with business and technical teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience providing production support for internal customers or partner teams.
- A keen passion for solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays to provide critical support coverage.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
Requirements Summary
